Ingredients
- 1 oz The Community Spirit Vodka
- 0.25 oz elderflower liqueur
- 3 cucumber slices (muddled)
- 4 oz elderflower tonic (Fever Tree)
- Garnish: cucumber ribbon
Method
Muddle cucumber slices in the shaker tin, add ice, The Community Spirit Vodka, elderflower liqueur, and shake. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice and top the cocktail off with elderflower tonic. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
